Cold Case Justice Initiative (CCJI) and African American Studies Host Panel with Martin Luther King III and Ambassador Andrew Young

Ambassador Andrew Young and Martin Luther King III joined SU College of Law professors and co-directors of the Cold Case Justice Initiative (CCJI) Janis McDonald and Paula Johnson, and Linda Carty from the SU Department of African American Studies to explore ideas surrounding peace and justice. The panel, part of the Common Ground for Peace Conference, continued the discussion led by His Holiness the Dalai Lama exploring the critical link between justice and peace.

The College of Law hosted six regional alumni events in October, including alumni receptions in Albany, Buffalo and Rochester, a Law Dialog luncheon in DC and a CLE on Strategic Networking in NYC. Detroit alumni will gather at an event tonight, Oct. 25, at The Whitney Hotel.
